Excellent Service

I thought I knew what the problem was with my refrigerator. I was given an estimate of $250.00 over the phone. The repair man from Harshorn came out and diagnosed the problems and handed me a bill for $95.00 for parts and labor. I was very relieved that the bill was not greater than the quote. Two days after the service call I thought the regrigerator was still not quite right, so I called and asked for the repair man to come back. He came back that same day and checked out the refrigerator again. The problem this time was not the refrigerator, but the store bought thermometer and the location I had put it in. I bought a new thermometer from Hartshorn for $15.00. There was no charge for the second visit. For less than half of the original estimate, my refrigerator is working properly. The service was prompt, friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and they made sure the problem was fixed. I will call Hartshorn the next time my appliances need service.
